To achieve sales objectives of designated customer base through selling, planning, organizing and implementing of all activities related to the sale and distribution of Solta’s range of products including consumables and treatment tips in a given territory.
KEY ACTIVITIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for performing effective region penetration coverage and account identification to drive sales and increase the customer base for Solta’s line of products, consumables and treatment tips.
• Provides presentations and demonstrations to the customer on application and use of Solta’s products using effective communication and sales techniques (keeps demonstration products presentable and in good working order).
• Installs and provides effective in-service training on products as required or appropriate.
• Educates the customer about the indications, contraindications and safety of Solta’s products and how our products drive revenue for the customer.
• Supports and helps facilitate the execution of regional workshops and tradeshows.
• Pre-plans sales calls and maintains efficient time management skills to ensure maximum customer contact and high levels of customer service.
• Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads based on information from professional associations, industry ads, trade shows, Internet web sites, business directories, membership lists, newspaper ads, referrals and other sources.
• Develops and maintains up-to-date account files, maintaining updated knowledge of the industry and competitive products.
• Prepares Purchase Agreements and terms per company guidelines.
• Completes administrative responsibilities including quarterly business plans. Develops and maintains productive and effective relationships at all levels within the organization.
• Consistently communicates, on all matters related to the territory and area, with team members including all specialists, marketing and regulatory employees.
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and represents the Company with high integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
• Ensures compliance with all applicable sales & marketing SOPs, quality and regulatory guidelines as an integral part of business operations.
• Supports company goals and objectives, policies and procedures. Also supports Good Clinical Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices and FDA regulations.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor Degree in Science preferred or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft office
• 3 – 6 years of demonstrated success selling medical products or services to physicians and other HCPs
• Direct customer experience with the plastic surgeon and dermatologist audience will be an advantage
• 1 – 3 years’ experience selling in the Aesthetic Energy Device spac
