Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements preventive maintenance plans for machines and equipment in compliance with GMP requirements
- Writes and revises standard operating procedures (SOPs) within the Technical Department, as well as other GMP documentation
- Monitors the operation of machines and equipment and ensures their proper functioning
- Prepares technical documentation and manages the procurement and ordering of spare parts
- Controls the quality of preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Performs process analyses and prepares periodic reports within the scope of responsibilities
- Maintains and supervises records of activities performed within the Technical Department
- Maintains records and supervises the work of external companies involved in machine and equipment maintenance
- Organizes and conducts training in accordance with Technical Department procedures
- Actively participates in the implementation of new projects and process improvement projects in line with LEAN principles and good engineering practices
- Participates in writing and executing qualification protocols, as well as in the preparation and approval of technical documentation related to changes in existing processes and the introduction of new products
- Participates in drafting technical agreements with machine and equipment manufacturers and technical service providers, while monitoring the level and quality of completed activities
Candidate Requirements:
- University degree (Level VII) in Mechanical Engineering, Technical Sciences, or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of national GMP regulations would be considered as advantage
- Proficiency in English
- Computer literacy, including MS Office and ACAD
