What will you do:

The Change Management Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supporting change management activities related to IT and business process changes. He/She will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure that changes are implemented efficiently, with minimal disruption, and that the organization adapts seamlessly to new processes and technologies.

  • User support and administration of business applications.
  • Keeping and updating IT documentation and IT Global contols evidence.
  • Actively participate in qualifications and validations of application and computer systems, equipment, and processes.
  • SOP documentation creation and updating.
  • Preparing periodic reports from the scope of work.
  • Creating and submitting reports for internal and external Audit control

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute change management strategies and plans that align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership to assess the impact of changes and develop communication strategies.
  • Coordinate and manage change requests, ensuring they follow the proper review, approval, and implementation processes.
  • Coordinate and manage IT Global Controls for the supported systems.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders, keeping them informed and addressing concerns throughout the change process.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure mitigation strategies are in place to minimize disruption.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and post-change support.
  • Provide training and support to staff members to help them adapt to new processes and technologies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of change management activities and create regular status reports for leadership.
  • Ensure all changes comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

 

Requirements for the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Project Management, Economics or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven work experience as a Change Coordinator or similar role
  • Experience in IT application support is an advantage
  • Strong experience with change management methodologies, preferable in pharma sector
  • Strong knowledge of IT pharma validation procedures
  • Understanding of SOX procedures
  • Advanced knowledge of computer technologies (software and hardware) and proficiency with change management tools and software
  • Advanced English
  • Knowledge and experience in cloud-based software platforms ServiceNow, Share Point
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Microsoft D365F&O will be the advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
