Requirements for the role:
- University degree
- Experience in Market access, pricing and external affairs
- Knowledge of Serbian healthcare and P&R system
- Fluency in English
Key responsibilities:
- Creation and implementation of most effective Market Access strategy for new products
- Establishing relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers and conducting effective negotiations to ensure optimal market access and pricing for new products (Ministry of Health, Ministry of Trade, Health Insurance Fond, KOLs)
- Creation and submission of price and reimbursement dossiers towards Healthcare Authorities
- Monitoring of health care and macroeconomic environment and anticipating HC trends – follow up on Law and other legal acts on healthcare insurance, pricing and reimbursement; follow up of key macroeconomic parameters
- Ensures market access and pricing strategy execution through cooperation with cross functional teams (medical, marketing, sales, business development)
- Pricing: price follow up and forecasting; creation and implementation of price strategies for new brands; internal and external price approvals for all brands
- Participates in industry forums and market access working groups to represent company´s interest
- Ensures compliance with corporate policies, procedures and processes as well as with local regulations and policies
