The HR Specialist provides comprehensive administrative & technical support for HR activities. This position has access to and regularly works with sensitive information. The HR Specialist supports effective and efficient operations of the organization's Human Resource Department.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Maintain the Human Capital Management system (SuccessFactors) for the United States, including onboarding, data changes, employee movement, and separations
  • Monitor workflows to ensure approvals are received timely and follow-up with managers/HR Business Partners
  • Assist HR Business Partners in the handling of certain benefits, payroll, and disability cases
  • Respond timely to routine HR questions and/or redirect employees to appropriate contacts
  • Manage E-verify process and maintain I-9 records and documentation
  • Manage one-time payment process, tuition, and candidate reimbursement
  • Assist with recruiting operations, onboarding, offboarding and new hire orientation
  • Assist with employee relations cases as needed
  • Track leaves of absences
  • Maintain employee files ensuring up to date and compliant
  • Participate in and support key HR processes and work on special projects as requested

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum of four years of experience in HR preferred
  • Knowledge of Washington Labor Laws
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors/other HR cloud technologies
  • Well organized, prioritizes work, manages time effectively, and follows through
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in strict confidence with sensitive data
  • Ability to work independently
  • Minimum 4 days in office required, with ability to be present in the office up to 5 days

 

Hybrid position in Bothell, WA

 

The range of starting base pay for this role 28 - 39 per hour.  Actual starting pay will be based on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, qualifications and location.  In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for participation in either (i) our annual bonus program or (ii) a sales incentive plan.
