The Manufacturing Associate II is responsible for the following tasks and duties:
- Apply job skills, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), company policies, and work instructions to produce assemblies.
- Assemble wiring and electrical components with precision in a fast-paced environment.
- Use various adhesives, including UV curing adhesives, and handle products carefully to prevent damage.
- Perform electrical programming and testing, recording results onto traveler documents or data collection devices.
- Maintain line clearance and verify job/label print travelers.
- Enter data using a keyboard.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- Be cross-trained in at least five processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2 years assembly experience in electro-mechanical or high-volume manufacturing environment required.
- Experience working in an ESD environment preferred.
- Experience working within a rigorous, quality control environment such as FDA cGMP/QSR or ISO preferred.
- Must be detail-oriented with good record keeping in accordance with FDA manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Company's SOP.
- Should be able to recognize deviations from accepted practice and quality standards and make recommendations to correct them is expected.
- Good communication skills written and verbal to understand company procedures and policies.
- Good math skills, plus ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- The role may require the need to lift 35 pounds.
The range of starting base pay for this role is $24.00 – $26.00 per hour. Actual starting pay will be based on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, qualifications and location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for participation in either (i) our annual bonus program or (ii) a sales incentive plan.
