We are looking for an experienced, dependable, customer-orientated, and self-motivated Office Administrator to work under the supervision of the Vice President of Manufacturing and Supply Chain, the Vice President, Global Strategic Marketing and Global Services, and the Vice President, Research & Development.  As an Office Administrator, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks and support the Leadership team onsite. 

 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Team administration and operations support.
  • Maintain internal processes that support site operations and coordinate internal and external resources to support workflows.
  • Support executive schedule management and other activities, as directed.
  • Planning, logistics, and execution for meetings and events of different scales.
  • Manage communication with employees by maintaining the contents of site display monitors.
  • Initiating and maintaining purchase requisitions, purchase orders and receipts as directed.
  • Create travel requests and book travel on behalf of Vice Presidents.
  • Manage Purchase Card and Corporate Credit card expenses reports.
  • Work on special projects as assigned by the Leadership team.

 

Requirements and Education 

  • High school diploma required.
  • 2 years of experience in administrative support required.
  • Experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Superior attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to perform a variety of tasks.
  • Ability to complete tasks with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround.
  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude.
  • Software: Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Office suites and SharePoint, Concur Travel & Expense and, supporting electronic document point.

As required by law, Bausch Health provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in the US. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For this role, the range of starting pay for this role is $24.00 - $34.00 per hour.
