The Senior Financial Analyst is an integral member of the Solta Medical Bothell team. The successful candidate will provide value-added analyses and insights through budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis. In addition, the person will be cross trained in month end close and key SOX controls. This position also provides support to the Production, Planning, Procurement, Engineering and Quality teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate cost data, assist in budget/forecast preparation, and support decision-making processes for cost control and profitability improvement.
• Prepare Budget/Quarterly forecast. Develop and maintain financial models for budget/forecasts to support business planning and decision-making processes.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, scenario analysis, and decision-making. Lead and assist in preparing financial presentations for Management reviews.
• Assist functional leaders in strategic planning, annual budgeting and quarterly forecast process with a proactive mindset.
• Provide analytical, accounting and reporting support to the Production, Planning, Procurement, Engineering and Quality teams, including monthly actuals vs. plan/forecast variance analysis.
• Participate in month-end close activities, including the review of general ledger accounts (e.g., accruals, reclasses, prepaid, FIFO, balance sheet, T&E).
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly account reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze standard monthly management reports.
• Comply with procedures and policies including, but not limited to SOX. Attention to filing and signing/evidencing of approval and performance of all processes required for SOX controls.

• Build cooperative, respectful working relationships with business partners.
• Capital & expense project variance analysis as needed.
• Prepare ad hoc requests, and/or participate in special projects, as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• MBA or CPA a plus, but not required.
• Experience in a multi-national organization, or within the medical device or pharmaceutical industries, is a plus.
• High ethical standards, strong technical and analytical skills, and a team-oriented mindset are essential.
• Ability to meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Advanced problem-solving skills, with the ability to present solutions effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of personnel, including senior management.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system and Hyperion (Hyperion Planning/HFM) is a plus.
As required by law, Bausch Health provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in the US. Actual compensation is influenced by many factors including skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For this role, the range of starting pay for this role is $83k - $110k.
