The Accounts Payable Administrator is accountable for resolving discrepancies/issues with Purchase Orders.
Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility involves resolving issues relating to invoices associated with Purchase Orders
- Processing of PO and Non-PO related AP invoices
- Work with Procurement, vendors, and internal teams to ensure that issues are resolved quickly
- Create weekly and monthly reports identifying invoice/Purchase Order issues to distribute to the business
- Respond to internal business inquiries
- Responsible for ensuring proper and consistent compliance with company approved policies and procedures as they relate to accounts payable
- Assist other AP areas during month end close to include indexing and audit requests
- This position deals with highly sensitive and confidential information.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- Minimum of 2 years Accounts Payable experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and in a group
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Experience with SAP preferred
- Experience with Microsoft D365 a plus
- Excellent verbal and writing skills required
- Outstanding business relations and service orientation
- Process mindset with focus on continuous improvement
- Willing to commit to additional hours during the month end/quarter end/year end close
The range of starting base pay for this role is $23-32 per hour. Actual starting pay will be based on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, qualifications and location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for participation in either (i) our annual bonus program or (ii) a sales incentive plan.
