We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer who will be an essential member of our Bausch Pharma IT team. This role will focus on continuous improvements and automation for ServiceNow and have the ability to innovate and learn new skills as required. If you have a passion for improving the way IT operates, while building excellent customer experiences, then this is the role for you.

 

Responsibilities:
 

  • Perform application configuration, design and development within the ServiceNow platform including ITSM, ITBM, GRC and SecOps. Demonstrated use of relevant “out-of-box” functionality in conjunction with process and technology standardization.
  • Build data integrations and automated orchestration workflows. Ensures that delivered solutions are engineered in accordance with corporate architecture and infrastructure standards.
  • Participate in end-to-end project lifecycle from Initiate phase, design & build, prototype and deployment. Effectively communicate with business stakeholders and technical team members.
  • Understand existing application functionality, including business process objective, business goals and user scenario. Document and create solution design and deployment documents.
  • Proven ability in data analysis and design techniques, including accessing external data repositories, data drift reporting, quantitative methods, data reconciliation.

 

 Qualifications:

 

  • 4+ years working as a ServiceNow developer. Experience with core ServiceNow applications and related modules, including REST APIs and integrations.
  • Experience in Agile SCRUM methodology and delivery.
  • Web developer and familiarity with scripting languages including JavaScript, JQuery, HTML and CSS.
  • ServiceNow certifications - System Administrator and Implementation Specialist.
  • Keen understanding of ITIL framework and industry best practices with ITIL v3 or v4 certification.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, prioritizing deliverables in changing landscape.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.

 

 

The range of starting base pay for this role is 104K-143K. Actual starting pay will be based on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, qualifications, education and location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for participation in either (i) our annual bonus program or (ii) a sales incentive plan.
