The OraPharma Marketing Insight Manager will be responsible for working with the OraPharma marketing team to maximize the overall financial and strategic impact of the Arestin Elite program, all geo-expansion projects, and all identified new/evolved marketing tactics that support the brands personal/non-personal promotion efforts. The role will report directly to the Director of Marketing, with dotted line responsibilities into the OraPharma VP/GM. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Assess new markets, customer segments, and business models, to identify and size high-potential opportunities that drives greater organization profitability
  • Partner with leadership on the launch of new brand initiatives, business models, and commercial experiments from idea to execution
  • Build structured frameworks and strategic/financials business cases to evaluate new revenue channels
  • Prioritize opportunities based on strategic fit and financial impact
  • Translate insights into strategic recommendations
  • Collects analytics and insights on channel effectiveness and other key metrics, translating data into marketplace trends and recommending strategies/tactics
  • Brings innovation to marketing plans and generates fact-based business cases to support new ideas
  • Help elevate the strategic and analytical capabilities of the organization to better including topics like pricing, customer loyalty programs, go-to-market, channel strategy, etc
  • Introduce scalable frameworks, tools, and decision-making processes across the business
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to embed strategy and insights into daily operations
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and manage dashboards that deliver real-time visibility into commercial performance
  • Maintain consistency and integrity across all core commercial metrics
  • Translate data and trends into actionable recommendations that shape company priorities
  • Domestic travel: 10-20%

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required; Marketing or Finance discipline preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare with a specific focus in one of multiple areas of finance, marketing, sales strategy, or business operations.
  • Strong analytical skills and fluency with financial modeling and business case development
  • Proficient in advanced data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally and with executive stakeholders
  • Strategic generalist comfortable leading and managing multiple diverse projects
  • Excellent communication and synthesis skills; able to move from data to insight to recommendation
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently, with a sense of urgency and a strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Well versed in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel etc.)

 

 

The range of starting base pay for this role is 95K - 131K.  Actual starting pay will be based on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, qualifications, education and location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for participation in either (i) our annual bonus program or (ii) a sales incentive plan.
