The Marketing Specialist II at Solta Medical will support day-to-day marketing operations and cross-functional activities across the organization. This role interfaces with multiple departments, including Senior Management, Customer Service, Sales, Operations, Clinical, Finance, Procurement, and Compliance.
The Marketing Specialist II provides operational, administrative, and project management support to the marketing organization, including the VP and Senior Director of Marketing. This individual will be responsible for coordinating marketing logistics, managing purchase orders and budgets, supporting vendor and agency activities, and assisting with the execution of key marketing initiatives, events, and business operations.
This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate vendor and agency communications, timelines, and deliverables
· Manage purchase orders (POs), invoice processing, budget tracking, and marketing expense reconciliation
· Support travel, meeting coordination, and expense management for marketing leadership
· Provide logistical and administrative support for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and leadership meetings and tradeshows
· Assist with project management activities, including timelines, trackers, follow-ups, and cross-functional coordination
· Support marketing collateral management, inventory tracking, and fulfillment logistics
· Coordinate sales enablement materials and support field marketing requests
· Maintain documentation, trackers, and operational processes for the marketing organization
· Assist with reporting, KPI tracking, and preparation of business updates and presentations
· Partner with Finance, Procurement, Compliance and vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing activities
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
· 1–3 years of marketing coordination, administrative, operations, or project management experience
· Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
· Experience managing budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and expense tracking preferred
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools
· Strong attention to detail and follow-through
· Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical device, aesthetics, or consumer marketing environments preferred
· Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
The range of starting base pay for this role is 68K – 94K. Actual starting pay will be based on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, qualifications, education and location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for participation in either (i) our annual bonus program or (ii) a sales incentive plan.
