Job responsibilities:
• Coordinate and track contracts and agreements through legal review process and through completion of the task
• Prepare personal bi-weekly corporate credit card expense reports for services and supplies
• Maintain and update organizational chart for department
• Prepare expense reports for Directors and Managers
• Order literature requests for all departments
• Provide secretarial and administrative support to management
• Prepare meeting agendas and supporting material for distribution
• Coordinate Travel Arrangements for Management
• Schedule and prepare catering needs for business meetings
• Other administrative support duties as required
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent education. Associates Degree or Vocational Training preferred.
• 4+ years of work experience required, experience in administration or pharma preferred
• Adequate knowledge of computer word processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentation and database software to prepare reports, memos, and documents as needed
• Excellent organization skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Able to multitask effectively
• Able to support tracking project specific budget items
• Assist with special projects and assume responsibility for administration, and execution of specific project
The range of starting base pay for this role is 74K-101K. Actual starting pay will be based on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, qualifications, education and location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for participation in either (i) our annual bonus program or (ii) a sales incentive plan.
