1. Job Summary

Coordination of activities at the factory process level, in particular cleaning and production files.
Collection, processing and analysis of data and issuance of reports according to the manufacturing strategy and continuous improvement.
Administrative and technical support to the technical and administrative support of the production team.


2. Main functions

• Performance measures:
Collects the information necessary to support continuous improvement initiatives

• Factory procedures
Ensures the coordination and layout of procedures related to manufacturing and packaging at the factory (washing, start-up, assembly and operation procedures) following a precise schedule

• Other responsibilities
Purchasing Support: ensures receipt of invoices and enters data into SAP for payment to suppliers
Collaborates in the preparation of presentations for the production team
Collaborates in monitoring change requests from the production team
LEAN support to the production team

5. Knowledge and skills required:
a) Training required

Level of education: DEC or equivalent


b) Languages

Languages spoken: French, English
Written languages: French, English


c) Special experience and knowledge

Experience in a clerical position, in revision, data entry, (minimum 5 years)


d) Specific technical skills

Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook), SAP
Ability to work on other software


e) Behavioral skills

Autonomy, resourcefulness, sense of priorities, team spirit
