The primary responsibility of Sr SAP Business Analyst is to work collaboratively with the company's stakeholders to understand the business processes and and recommending requirements for efficiency improvements to be implemented with SAP. He/She will work in close collaboration with his/her peers from Global SAP COE Team He/She will examine current needs, anticipate future needs and provide solutions to ensure operational efficiency and growth potential. His/Her role will include managing the evolution of the SAP system used by both Bausch Health in Canada in the Areal of Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain.




  • Analysis / Design
    • Participate in the development of functional specifications
    • Develop and draft technical specifications
    • Propose technical solutions adapted and consistent with quality and safety requirements
    • Incorporate rules, procedures, standards and recommendations related to GMP regulations, the security of Information Systems and the project methodology in place.
    • Provide expertise in the analysis of proposed solutions
  • Realization / Development
    • Assist in the development, documentation and update of maintenance and development documents in accordance with current project guidelines, procedures and methodology.
    • Provide Functional assistance required for the projects
    • Carry out prototyping, as required
    • Build-on the achievements, experiences and application components to improve and optimize the quality and effectiveness of operations.
    • Manage project resources
    • Is part of the Global SAP COE Team.
  • Support / Expertise
    • Support users on developed applications
    • Provide training for key users
    • Performs corrective and scalable maintenance of applications under his/her responsibility
    • Develop and maintain knowledge and know-how on the methods, techniques, and products of his/her field of expertise




  • Must quickly understand the operational impacts of system use and respond promptly
  • Good ability to conceptualize requirements to address them in an effective application that meets customer needs.
  • Good knowledge of SAP modules linked MM, IM, EWM, MRP, PPI, QM and SD
  • Good knowledge of SQL Server databases
  • Ability to work as a team
  • SAP experience of at least 8 years
  • IPB experience
  • B Sc in Computer Science or Management or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of French and English read, written, and spoken
