RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Market Analysis and Feedback:Responsible for conducting research on consumer behavior, competitor strategies, and market trend.
- Promotion Planning and Execution:
- o Plan and execute trade marketing projects, including the design and execution of promotional plans that drive product sales, as well as coordinating brands, suppliers, and KA to plan and implement customized projects.
- o Plan and implement in-house new product launch events in key institutions.
- o Combine market strategies to quarterly update consumer education projects for institutions
- Sales Channel Optimization: Provide suggestions for optimizing the distribution and display of products in different sales channels by analyzing data on prices, distribution, promotion, competitor channel performance data, and local user sales habits.
- Price Management: monitor pricing system, ensuring that pricing attracts consumers while maintaining company profits.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of Trade Marketing or related roles
- A solid foundation in financial skills used in a selling environment.
- Exceptional analytical capability and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a matrix environment and influence others to achieve results.
- Excellent communication skills with background in developing and summarizing complex information for multiple executive audiences
