职责和任务：

• 参与策划并执行品牌升级战略，通过细分市场、目标定位和品牌定位（STP）和对应策略和活动巩固Thermage的高端品牌形象。
• 管理消费者旅程的各个触点，包括社交媒体、搜索引擎、自有媒体到电子商务平台。
• 深度挖掘并应用社交媒体平台，如小红书，提升品牌影响力和用户参与度。
• 监控市场动态和消费者行为，根据市场反馈和数据分析调整市场营销策略。
• 找到共赢机制，与医美机构合作，整合其媒体资源，放大营销效果

所需技能与知识：

• 拥有Consumer marketing或2C Digital marketing相关工作经验，了解消费者或医疗市场趋势和心理。对于无以上背景的候选人，必须拥有市场或销售经验，展现出强烈的市场营销感知力和创新思维。
• 拥有Social marketing经验或具备相关潜力（内容敏感度，线上渠道了解度）
• 理解高端+消费者市场，能够根据消费者需求制定有效的市场策略。
• 良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，有能力管理Vendor协调内部资源完成项目。
• 消费医疗、大健康、广告公司相关行业经验优先，奢侈品、化妆品、医疗、药品相关行业也可考虑
• 工作经验五年以上，可以独立带项目
• 本科及以上
