职责和任务:

 

  • 管理消费者旅程的各个触点,包括社交媒体、搜索引擎、自有媒体以及电子商务平台。
  • 小红书、美团与腾讯三大平台生态合作,包括但不限于种草、IP活动、验真合作等
  • 找到共赢机制,与医美机构合作,整合其媒体资源,放大营销效果
  • 参与策划并执行品牌升级战略,利用好的品牌形象,和品牌活动巩固索塔热玛吉的高端品牌形象。
  • 参与产品卖点挖掘、品牌故事构建等工作

 

所需技能与知识:

 

  • 拥有Consumer marketing或2C Digital marketing相关工作经验,了解消费者或医疗市场趋势和心理。
  • 拥有Social marketing经验或具备相关潜力
  • 理解高端+消费者市场,能够根据消费者需求制定有效的市场策略。
  • 良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神,有能力管理Vendor协调内部资源完成项目。
  • OTC、消费医疗、2C药品或医疗器械、广告公司(医疗经验)、医疗、药品相关行业经验优先
  • 了解医疗行业规则对于线上营销的限制
  • 工作经验五年以上,可以独立带项目
  • 本科及以上
