To support our Compliance Team, we are looking for:

Compliance & Data Privacy Manager EMEA

Location of work: Warsaw

 

Tasks and responsibilities

Healthcare Compliance Program

  • Support the implementation and day-to-day operation of the Healthcare Compliance Program across EMEA.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with internal policies, industry codes, anti-bribery and anti-corruption requirements, and applicable healthcare regulations.
  • Support the review and updating of compliance policies, procedures, and promotional practices guidance.
  • Develop and coordinate compliance training materials for Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and other business functions.

Third-Party Due Diligence

  • Coordinate Third-Party Due Diligence (TPDD) processes, including screening, documentation review, risk assessment, remediation tracking, and record management.
  • Support oversight of interactions with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), Healthcare Organizations (HCOs), distributors, consultants, and other third parties.
  • Maintain accurate due diligence documentation and compliance records.

Monitoring, Auditing & Reporting

  • Support compliance monitoring activities and testing of internal controls.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and evidence for monitoring and compliance reviews.
  • Track regulatory developments, industry standards, and compliance requirements across EMEA.
  • Support transparency reporting and HCP payment disclosure obligations where applicable.
  • Assist in preparing compliance reports, dashboards, KPIs, and management updates.

Data Privacy

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of Data Privacy policies, procedures, and SOPs.
  • Assist business functions in ensuring compliance with GDPR and internal privacy requirements.
  • Coordinate Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs).
  • Support responses to privacy-related requests and remediation of identified privacy gaps.

Compliance Operations & Analytics

  • Maintain compliance systems, databases, and tracking tools.
  • Ensure data quality, completeness, and integrity within compliance platforms.
  • Analyze compliance-related data to identify trends, risks, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support contract management activities, including document collection, review coordination, and filing.

 

Our expectation:

  • Master’s degree in Law.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Risk Management, Audit, or a related field.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of GDPR, data privacy, anti-bribery, and healthcare compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data and compliance systems.
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English (C1). Additional European languages are a plus
