The Practice Developer DACH role is going to support our customers to optimize and develop their business with the Solta products to increase the number of Solta treatments and increase consumables need and revenue

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

•    the responsibility begins after the capital sales have been completed
•    Assisting Sales and clinical trainer in the customer onboarding process
•    Work hand in hand with the clinical trainer 
•    Support the customer from day one on - on implementation oft he Solta technologies in the portfolio and clinic work flow & customer journey.
•    Define high potential with our customer base and develop those
•    Monitoring and forecast consumables sales ith the region.
•    Define growth potential and tactics within the customer base
•    Frequent visiting and retraining of existing customers.
•    Audit of the account performance based on set KPIs and benchmark versus other practice performance.
•    Implementing methodology to ensure effective patient journey management from first enquiry through to consultation to treatment to repeat business.
•    Supporting and helping to facilitate the execution of regional training workshops and tradeshows within the territory and area.
•    Inform customers on latest PR activities, latest marketing materials, experience lists and workshop & training calendars 
•    Assist with a variety of other short term and long term projects to increase consumables sales .
•    Assisting in the onboarding oft he new customer into the Solta world
•    Demonstrate a strong work ethic and represent the Company with high integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism at all times.

The minimum requirements:

 

•    High level of understanding of the operations and daily business of aesthetic practices and clinics 
•    At least 2-4 years of experience in the aesthetic industry on commercial or clinic side (as practice manager/ aesthetic nurse) 
•    high level of understanding of the needs of a clinical practice.
•    Ability to make effective and persuasive communications to physician’s management and/or large groups. 
•    Ability to thoroughly understand and communicate the attributes and qualities of Solta products using professional selling skills. 

•    Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Knowledge of FDA GMPs. Ability to function in a controlled environment regulated by FDA GMPs. Knowledge of clinical surgical techniques and procedures and medical terminology. 
•    Ability to travel adequately to cover territory including overnight stays attend tradeshows and corporate and training meetings. Must be willing to travel up to 75%.
