Responsible for Aesthetics products marketing planning and execution and working closely with sales, technical service, finance and support teams to ensure the company’s overall strategy and goals are met.

- Develop & maintain manage long-term relationship with Key Opinion Leaders, deliver academic thoughts base on the product appeal points and advocates in key target markets

KOL持续长期专业背书的支持,建立基于产品推广诉求点的学术平台,输出可用于市场推广的信息内容,支持重要目标市场的发展
- Lead the marketing team of aesthetics BU to make necessary preparation and participate in various academic seminars and conference for aesthetics industry to build up the brand and image of company

协同医美市场部团队参与医美学术会议,在学术层面,建立公司及品牌的专业形象

- Build up brand awareness and communicate product education information with consumer through appropriate advertising program and or media

通过线上平台链接与消费者的互动,树立在终端市场的品牌知名度,同时进行产品教育
- Responsible for product knowledge and strategy training to sales force and Support distributors to execute marketing strategy

向销售团队培训产品策略及知识,支持代理商执行市场计划
- Keep abreast of prevailing competitive market information to identify market development opportunities/risks

持续关注市场发展及竞品信息,明确市场发展机遇与危机

 

- Analyze internal sales data to provide management with timely and accurate sales and marketing analysis for quality decision making

分析包括中国在内的产品销售情况,帮助提供有效的中国市场销售建议
- Work closely with sales, medical, distribution and other functions to ensure smooth implementation of marketing activities

与销售、医学、法规等相关职能部门及代理商共同协作,确保市场计划顺畅落地执行
- 3rd-party supervision: Manage the Ad, and other related agencies

管理第三方供应商,包括线上平台搭建及其他相关供应商

Requirements

Bachelor degree or above

大学及以上专业

Good spoken and written English skill

良好的英文读写能力

 

Minimum 5 years product manager experience with healthcare/life science and /or Minimum 1 year of dermatology clinical working experience

至少5年及以上产品经理经验,具有医疗健康/生命科学相关领域经验,或至少有一年以上的皮肤科医院工作经验
