Job Responsibilities:

• 代理商管理

制定分销渠道的业务战略和规划。

定期组织会议与代理商讨论区域情况，收集和分析经销商数据，提供有效的解决方案。

执行和完善公司的销售计划和政策，包括经销商销售（设备和耗材）目标、设备监管、活动计划等。

建立和加强与经销商的信息沟通平台

• 集团客户管理

建立与大集团客户的顺畅合作关系

深度参与集团运营，了解集团客户运营方向和架构

为集团提供产品相关的运营与解决方案

Requirements

大学本科及以上学历Bachelor's degree or above

1.十年以上销售经验； 五年以上跨国公司全国通路管理经验；10+年销售经验;5+年跨国公司管理经验;

2. 具有较强的团队管理及沟通能力；优秀的团队管理能力和沟通能力;

3. 具有较强的财务分析能力及流程建立的能力；具有良好的分析能力和熟悉的程序构建;

4. 能够使用Microsoft 软件,如office等,和Internet；
