The Junior Product Manager (EMEA) role purpose is to drive and plan our Products activities in Northern Europe, with a preference for candidates based around Paris.  Coordinate all the marketing activities and initiatives of the marketing department. Work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for our brands and to drive the Consumables Revenue in the Region.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

•    Support the marketing department's initiatives with the administrative tasking, planning, executing, and tracking of marketing activities.
•    In charge of administrative tasking for the service: Contracts with vendors and HCPs, tender processes, vendors selection, vendors profile set up, purchase orders creation, invoicing monitoring, getting forms approved (CAF, RAF…), in compliance with internal procedures and policies.
•    In charge of the marketing expenses monitoring and reporting to the Marketing Director.
•    Supports the Event and Congress Manager with congresses and events’ s logistic from booking tickets and hotels for HCPS and staff, coordinating with vendors and ordering marketing materials.
•    Assists the Marketing director, Brand Manager DACH and UK&I, Digital Managers with the creation of marketing assets (proofreading, translations, regulatory review for approval…)
•    Follow-up of the production of printed marketing tools and goodies: quote, order, validation of the proof to print, distribution, follow-up of deliveries, …
•    Manages stocks and deliveries related to marketing assets and goodies

 

The minimum requirements:

•    2-5 years degree in business administration, marketing or communication
•    At least 3-year experience as marketing assistant/coordinator or personal assistant
•    Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical devices or cosmeceutical industry (preferred/ not mandatory)
•    Excellent written and oral communication
•    Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
•    Fluency in English required Advanced level C1
•    Fluency in another language: Spanish, Italy, German or French (French preferred but not mandatory)
