Field Service Engineer – Solta Korea

About the Role
The Field Service Engineer provides first-line technical support, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for Solta’s product portfolio in Korea. The role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, supporting field operations, and collaborating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform installations, upgrades, and preventive maintenance of Solta products
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers via phone, email, and on-site visits
  • Conduct pre- and post-installation tests and resolve technical issues
  • Train users on proper product use and maintenance
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and handle service information confidentially
  • Document all service actions, complete reports, and maintain records in internal systems
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and account management teams to support customer needs
  • Keep updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in electronic/electrical engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance or technical support (medical device or aesthetic device experience preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Preferred

  • Experience with medical devices or aesthetic devices
  • Ability to manage multiple field support cases efficiently

Location & Travel

  • Solta Korea office, Seoul
  • Frequent on-site visits within Korea
