The Brand Manager EMEA role is in charge of defining, planning and executing the marketing strategic plan and coordinate all the marketing activities for the EMEA markets. Below key points but not limited.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Define, plan and execute the marketing strategic plan across the EMEA market,
  • Define, plan, execute and monitor the marketing activities including: marketing collaterals, marketing campaigns, events and congresses, PR activities and media…
  • Ensure that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with the brand and company values and that the claims meet the regulatory guidelines set by the company by liaising with regulatory, compliance and legal departments.
  • Analyse the brand positioning and consumer insights for the EMEA market
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
  • Define and monitor EMEA marketing budget
  • Coordinate the launch of marketing programs and ensure the set up and roll out
  • Propose new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
  • Measure and report on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI
  • Set up and monitor efficient cross-functional work processes to ensure the proper execution of marketing activities and programs
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs

 

The minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or communication
  • At least 5 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management in the pharmaceutical, medical devices or cosmeceutical industry
  • Experience managing a brand across multiple markets
  • Results Orientation – ability to create better ways of doing things, so that higher levels of performance are possible and can be replicated.
  • Must have strong analytical skills to analyse metrics and create reports
  • Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
