HR Operations, Administration & Systems
- Manage onboarding and employee lifecycle administration
- Prepare HR documentation including contracts, promotions, transfers, and terminations
- Support payroll preparation and headcount planning
- Maintain and update employee data in HR systems
- Manage HR reporting, audits, and HR system-related activities
- Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with internal procedures and local legislation
Talent Management
- Lead recruitment and selection activities across the Czech Republic and Slovakia
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives
- Organize training activities and contribute to retention and succession planning
Compensation & Benefits
- Support salary benchmarking, compensation planning, budgeting, and employee cost forecasting
- Ensure alignment with company compensation and benefits policies
Employee Relations
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Provide guidance on labor law, employee relations, and performance topics
- Support a culture of compliance, collaboration, and ethical behavior
Culture & Engagement
- Organize employee engagement initiatives and internal events
- Act as an ambassador for employee engagement surveys and coordinate follow-up action plans based on survey results
- Support activities focused on company culture and employee experience
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment
What we are looking for
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Previous experience in an HR Business Partner or generalist HR role
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Experience with HR systems and HR data analysis is an advantage
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Czech language proficiency is required
