Key Responsibilities
- Achieve territory goals and sales targets.
- Responsible for performing effective territory penetration coverage and account identification to drive sales and increase the customer base.
- Provide training presentations and demonstrations to the customer on application and use of the company's products using effective communication and sales techniques.
- Educating the customer regarding the indications contraindications and safety of Capital products and how they fulfil the needs of the customer.
- Preparing sales contracts quotes price and terms per company guidelines.
- Pre-planning sales calls and maintaining efficient time management skills to ensure maximum customer contact and highest level of customer service.
- Completing administrative responsibilities including business plans, expense reports, up-to-date account profiles in SFDC and other ad-hoc requests as required.
- Maintaining updated knowledge of the industry and competitive products.
- Maintain consistent communication with NSM on all matters related to the territory and area including accurate forecasting.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and represent with high integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty and professionalism.
- Manage expenses to agreed limits
- Ensure sales plans & time and territory coverage plans are completed and actioned
- YTD Sales to target achieved within the six-month probation period.
- Perform other duties, which may be assigned to as business requirements dictate. Valeant Australia reserves the right to vary the duties and position responsibilities to keep pace with business requirements.
