Key Account Specialist

Territory: Katowice, Ruda Śląska, Zabrze

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • building strong relationships with pharmacists and pharmacy coordinators, while actively promoting and selling our Rx and OTC portfolio to local and regional pharmacy chains;
  • strengthening the Bausch Health brand and contributing to the delivery of high-quality customer engagement and services;
  • identifying and implementing new business opportunities while ensuring full compliance with Pharmaceutical Law and company policies;
  • conducting health education activities and organizing product-focused meetings, workshops, and seminars;
  • carrying out regular service visits to pharmacies within assigned pharmacy chains;
  • monitoring customer needs and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth;
  • supporting the achievement of sales goals through effective customer relationship management and territory planning.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with:

  • a university degree;
  • proven experience in direct sales, supported by a track record of measurable business success (required), and/or experience in pharmacy channel sales;
  • the ability to work independently, solve problems effectively, and demonstrate initiative;
  • adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment;
  • strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills;
  • high levels of self-discipline, accountability, and motivation to achieve results;
  • strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
  • strategic and long-term thinking skills;
  • effective presentation and training delivery skills;
  • existing relationships with pharmacy chain customers within the assigned territory considered a strong advantage;
  • a valid Category B driving license.
