Duties and responsibilities of a business manager include the following:
• Leading teams of co-workers or employees and delegating or assigning duties to them
• Planning, implementing, and generating workflow to achieve the company’s goals • Giving professional training or guidance and encouraging personal professional development amongst subordinates • Training and hiring new workers as well as supervising current employees • Ensuring that the legal regulations and requirements for products, advertising and marketing, and all procedures are strictly adhered to or met • Running quality control to keep products or services in check and to ensure the standard operating procedures of the company are duly applied • Collaborating with other executives and the accounting department to create and maintain a budget that will effectively meet the needs of the organization • Ensuring all programs, goals, values, and mission of the company by supervising the duties of the administrative department and giving solutions or answers to the requests of the Customer service department • Conducting competitors and market surveys to identify problems and growth opportunities • Presenting regular reports to the senior management • Assessing employees regularly to identify and curb difficulties or challenges in work

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE • 5 years in Sales Management or similar Management positions • Proven experience as a manager or relevant role • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities • Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems • Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques • BSc/Ba in Business Management or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus
