Senior HR Technology Lead – Poland

 

Location: Warsaw office / hybrid work

 

About the Job:

We are seeking a Senior HR Technology Lead to join our Global HR Technology team. This role is responsible for the configuration and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems, as well as application enhancements, including business rules and access controls. The role ensures the reliability and accuracy of HRIS data in established tables, fields, and system databases for internal HR department planning and activities, as well as for cross-functional uses, including reporting and analytics. You will influence stakeholders on best practices, collect, document, map, and design processes that drive increased productivity and efficiency across the HR Technology landscape. Additionally, you will build and produce reports to meet the requirements of business management and staff, set up user access, and train users on the application.

 

A principal focus will be on release management review, configuration, system testing, documentation, and special projects. You will recommend key changes from the release for application development, maintenance, and enhancement of current functionality while establishing system standards for SuccessFactors globally. You will lead complex, cross-functional projects to automate, streamline, and deliver technological applications that enhance the user experience.

You will collaborate with our HR, IT, and vendor partners to solve problems with attention to detail, best practice recommendations, and future scalability.

 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on SuccessFactors capabilities, including new releases and other integrated HR applications.
  • Create and maintain configuration and documentation, providing global application support for all HR systems to meet the organization’s data management and reporting needs.
  • Lead SuccessFactors releases with key impact features, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), universal features, and opt-in/out planning, testing, and change management.
  • Manage complex, cross-functional applications and implementations.
  • Direct business process analysis, create business requirements documents, design and configure systems, and test projects and system changes.
  • Enhance and maintain Work Zone.
  • Monitor integrations and resolve integration issues.
  • Lead requirements discussions with stakeholders on new integration development and act as a liaison with the AMS partner.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define and develop requirements, re-engineer current processes as necessary, and create/maintain reporting and analytics.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of organizational data within our HR systems.
  • Develop and manage transactional workflows for data correction requests and mass data updates.
  • Prioritize case and issue resolution via our ticketing system.
  • Provide data summaries or statistical analysis for use in strategic planning or decision-making.
  • Recommend process and procedure changes for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other HR data to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science or a related field
  • At least 6 years of experience configuring and implementing SAP/SuccessFactors.
  • Certification in at least one SAP SuccessFactors module, preferably Compensation
  • Advanced technical knowledge of the SuccessFactors system, with the ability to translate functional designs into technical configurations.
  • Demonstrated experience with cloud interfaces and integrations, including CPI, Integration Center and infrastructure
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, with expert knowledge in Excel
  • Strong technical, analytical, and organizational skills, along with problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and accuracy with the capability to multi-task
  • Ability to effectively manage changing and conflicting priorities
  • Capability to work within a cross-functional team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
  • A strong sense of ownership and responsibility, coupled with a strong work ethic
