The Medical Representative is going to represent the company and communicating with designated customers as assigned, focusing on the benefits of the company's products and their contribution to the treatment and health outcomes of patients, with the objective of ensuring preference for the company's products over competing alternatives. Providing information services, educational activities, and obtaining feedback regarding product utilization, company activities, and competitor activities, while ensuring compliance with pharmacovigilance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Acquire and maintain professional knowledge at the level defined by training manuals and presentations, particularly regarding the indications, contraindications, and dosage of promoted products.
• Understand and comply with the objectives and requirements of marketing and sales campaigns.
• Understand and follow the principles of conducting sales calls with customers, including preparation before and evaluation after each visit.
• Understand and comply with pharmacovigilance requirements and promptly report any unusual or serious adverse drug reactions and product quality complaints in accordance with established procedures.
• Complete the required number of customer visits and other assigned activities and record them in ETMS (planning and reporting system) in accordance with company requirements.
• Understand and comply with:
- All policies related to the use of assigned company assets (vehicle, computer, tablet, mobile phone, budget) and internal communication rules (including responding to emails and missed calls).
- The employer’s ethical principles and standards, as well as the rules governing activities involving healthcare professionals.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide management with feedback on market, marketing, and sales activities.
• Meet deadlines and complete assigned tasks on time and at the required quality level, including preparation for and active participation in meetings, training sessions, and development programs.
• Fulfill the knowledge and skills development plan, including assignments arising from joint field visits, actively seek feedback, and collaborate in addressing areas for improvement that may hinder performance.
• Maintain an up-to-date customer database, including customer segmentation and evaluation; maintain awareness of key customers; prepare and execute visit and activity plans aimed at achieving sales targets.
• Regularly monitor sales performance within the assigned territory and identify opportunities to increase sales; prepare for regular performance reviews with the direct manager.
Reporting Line and Cooperation
• The Sales Representative reports directly to the Area Sales Manager (ASM) and the Company Director.
• Cooperates with Product Managers (PMs) and the Regulatory, Logistics, and Finance departments.
