OBJECTIVES/
PURPOSE OF JOB

 

To Develop and deploy effective marketing strategies and plans for the assigned products to achieve business objectives of Solta  Unit.

KEY ACTIVITIES/
RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Create, manage, and evaluate local marketing plans and activations to achieve business objectives within the given A&P budget and resources.

• Develop, plan and deploy the value proposition of the products to key stake holders (ie. sales team, agencies, distributors) to promote effective and aligned winning product communication in marketplaces.

• Establish new product planning to ensure the effective pre-marketing activities prior to launch.

• Develop creative input for the marketing plan and key product strategies, tactics and promotional activities to achieve maximum market impact.

• Plan and develop country key opinion leader & trainers to provide education and information to customers. Recommend to and coordinate with Area Brand lead to develop Area level thought leader.

• Responsible for product knowledge and strategy training to sales force and Support

distributors to execute marketing strategy

• Implement all training activities related to product promotion to sales team.

• Develop and use effective communication skills to gain more impact during field staff meetings and conferences and when presenting promotion programs.

• Coordinates with RA, PSA, and agencies to in developing and monitoring the registration of products as well as advertising & communication tools, promotional and educational materials to be approved by FDA on time in accordance with Site SOPs.

• Initiate and facilitate market research in local market, analyse the result, identify and exploit the opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS/
TRAINING

(e.g. professional qualifications, on-the-job training, education)

 

• Business Degree plus MBA is an advantage.

• Excellent command of English both in writing & speaking.

• Strategic thinking

• Strong financial and analytical skills.

• Self-Starter and able to work independently.

• Able to organize process and activities related to product development.

• Have excellent communication skills.

• Have good leadership skills to supervise those involved with each stage in the development process.

• Possess a creative way of thinking.

• Be able to work under pressure with flexi-hour.

• Computer skill

EXPERIENCE

(e.g. health care industry, multinational company, number of years, what level/types of roles, etc)

• A minimum of 3-5 years brand management experience in the FMCG or Consumer healthcare-oriented industry.

• Experience in handling distributors will be an added advantage.
