Primary Goals

Manage the brand of Solta products by handling wide spectrum of activities involved in product management and program management.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve financial objectives
    • Achieve annual sales and profit goals
    • Achieve product sales target by working with sales team and contributing to develop sales strategies
    • Propose resource allocation to maximize sales and profit
    • Monitor A&P yearly budget and marketing operating expense 
  • Marketing strategy development and implementation
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies by understanding market and customers’ unmet needs
    • Develop key messages and communicate product benefits to all the relevant customers (HCP, Patients, Internal) effectively
    • Flawless execution of marketing programs, user meeting, workshop, event and booth exhibition to achieve BU goal
    • Monitor performance/feedback and propose strategic adjustment 
  • Production
    • Manage the development of selling aids, practice marketing materials and campaign materials ensuring timely production
    • Coordinate with agency to plan and implement PR initiatives
    • Manage media planning/execution, the development of advertising, and market research needed to obtain market information
    • Establish web project (brand homepage and social media) scope by studying strategic business drivers and improving/changing current web solutions; implement and manage project
  • Planning and forecasting
    • Contribute to the company planning cycle; provide strategic input to long and short term plans
    • Make accurate demand forecast and manage product availability by understanding sales trend and adjusting inventory levels
    • Provide information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts, special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests
  • Customer engagement
    • Develop network with key users
    • Manage marketing activities such as case study, clinical study, podium speaker, HCP event and patient event, with key opinion leaders
    • Evaluating marketing program and understanding customer needs by calling on customer with field sales people and gathering customer feedback 
  • Communication
    • Maintain consistent communication regarding marketing program with all team members including management, capital sales team, marketing team, and application engineer team
    • Developing and maintaining supportive, productive and efficient relationships with all levels within the organization
    • Complete administrative responsibilities within due date including Monthly business review, Monthly A&P spending estimation, Weekly marketing update and MOH inventory
  • Training
    • Train and support sales force to execute marketing strategy through them
    • Maximize sales force effectiveness by determining and solving training needs
    • Facilitate new hire training and conduct training for Solta product, industry, market and competitors

 Education and Experience

  • Experiences 3 years' prior sales and/or marketing experiences in a B2B and/or in healthcare industry
  • Ability to travel as required for customer meetings
  • Experience in an Aesthetics marketing position; desired.
