The Clinical Specialist (VASER-EMEA) is responsible for supporting current and new accounts and participating in activities related to the commercial sale of Solta’s VASER® line of surgical products to hospitals, physicians, and other health care professionals within the assigned territory. Candidates to be based in Germany. Below key points but not limited.
Key Responsibilities:
•Assisting sales team and distributors in developing effective territory penetration coverage and account identification to drive sales and increase the customer base for VASER.
•Providing presentations and demonstrations to the customer on application and use of VASER using effective communication and training techniques.
•Educating the customer regarding the indications, contraindications and safety of VASER and how it can enhance patient outcomes & improve surgeons’ practice. •Installing and providing effective in-service training on products as required or appropriate.
•Supporting and helping to facilitate the execution of regional training workshops and tradeshows within the territory and area.
•Maintaining updated knowledge of the industry and competitive products.
•Developing and maintaining supportive productive and effective relationships at all levels within the organization.
•Maintaining compliance with all applicable quality and regulatory guidelines as an integral part of business operations.
•Maintaining consistent communication with Director of Sales and Senior Management on all matters related to the territory.
•Demonstrating a strong work ethic and representing Solta with high integrity ethics honesty loyalty and professionalism.
The minimum requirements:
• Plastic Surgery scrub nurse or surgical tech.
• Understanding of Lipo techniques (ideally VASER)
•Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with all levels of employees. •Ability to make effective and persuasive communications and technical presentations to physicians, management, and/or large groups.
•Ability to thoroughly understand and communicate the attributes and qualities of VASER using professional presentation skills.
•Ability to use word processing and database applications and various software programs such as Excel and PowerPoint.
•Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
•Knowledge of FDA GMPs. Ability to function in a controlled environment regulated by FDA GMPs.
