SUMMARY OF THE POSITION
Under the supervision of the Global Pharmacovigilance Database Manager (System Administrator), the position will assume responsibility for assisting in the maintenance of the Global Pharmacovigilance Safety System (PV database) including but not limited to maintenance of Company Product Dictionary and Distribution Rules.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Company Product Dictionary maintenance in PV Database
- Distribution Rules maintenance
- Request/Review database access for PV Database users
- Ensure on time service ticket and Request for Change (RFC) closure
- Support with product divestures, data migrations, system upgrades, etc.
- Write User Acceptance Test scripts for system upgrade.
- Review database vendor's Operational Qualification and Installation Qualification scripts
- Maintain current knowledge of the assigned products and current regulations governing the processing and reporting of safety data, Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
