The Product Manager (EMEA) is responsible for driving and planning product activities within the EMEA region, with a focus on Central and Eastern Europe and Middle East. As a key player in our product management team, you will coordinate product and marketing initiatives across various departments and drive the success of our Aesthetics product portfolio. Working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective product strategies, optimize product performance, and grow consumables revenue in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Planning: Lead the development and execution of product strategies across CEE and MEA to drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability. Collaborate with the marketing- and sales teams to ensure alignment with regional objectives.
  • Marketing & Brand Management: Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies for Solta Medical products. Ensure alignment with brand objectives and regional market needs, particularly for consumables.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with key vendors, healthcare professionals (HCPs), and third-party suppliers. Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiations, and service agreements, ensuring compliance with internal processes and policies.
  • Product Launches & Campaigns: Take charge of the planning and execution of new product launches and marketing campaigns, from initial concept to go-to-market strategies. Ensure successful product positioning and market penetration
  • Financial Management: Monitor and report on marketing expenses and budget performance to the Marketing Director, ensuring effective use of resources. Manage the financial aspects of product-related activities, including purchase orders, invoicing, and tender processes.
  • Event & Congress Coordination: Support the Event and Congress Excellence in planning and coordinating logistics for medical congresses, conferences, and events. This includes managing travel arrangements, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Marketing Asset Development & Production: Collaborate with the Brand Manager, Digital Agencies, and other teams to create and review marketing assets, including digital and print materials. Ensure regulatory compliance and approvals for all assets.
  • Inventory & Distribution Management: Oversee the production, distribution, and tracking of marketing tools and product-related assets (e.g., printed materials, promotional items, etc.), ensuring timely delivery to key stakeholders and events.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track product performance metrics, analyze results, and adjust strategies accordingly. Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management and make recommendations for improvements.

 

The minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or marketing within the medical device, healthcare, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of the EMEA region, with an emphasis on CEE and MEA.
  • Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration, vendor management, and product launch execution.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
