The Sr. Business Systems Analyst’s role is to plan, develop, and launch efficient business, financial, and systems in support of the service organization. This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. The Business Systems Analyst is also responsible for generating and compiling reports based on the findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems issues. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support the service organization
Principle Responsibilities and Duties:
The following are meant to be representative but not necessarily all inclusive of the duties and responsibilities for this position title.
Strategy & Planning
• Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business goals, and identify and resolve business issues.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and design sessions to gather and document requirements
• Review Functional Design Documents.
• Assist in the setting of priorities of projects.
• Collaborate in the planning of enhancements to existing applications.
Operational Management
• Design and configure ServiceMax solutions to meet business needs
• Provide design input for enhancement requests to convert business requirements into functional user stories; assist with solution mapping
• Provide Business level Database maintenance.
• Develop business level database change management processes.
• Assist in creating training materials and training on enhancements and new systems to all end users globally.
• Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure software quality.
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead continuous improvement.
Position Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with CRM customer support system projects, ServiceMax experience preferred.
Knowledge & Experience
• Should have progressing skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Business Change Management, Functional Architecture Design & Project Financials, KPI´s & Reporting
• Extensive practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts.
• Should have baseline skills in Software Engineering, Architecture Knowledge & Testing.
• Should be proficient in Change Management.
• Should have progressing skills in Functional Architecture Design and Architecture Knowledge.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Strong ability to lead teams across multiple disciplines and time zones
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
As required by law, Bausch Health provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in the US. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For this role, the range of starting pay for this role is $94k to $140k per year.
