Currently we are looking for a person for the position of:
D365 F&O Architect and Support Lead
This is a hybrid role with three days in office in any of the following locations in Poland - Warszawa, Jelenia Góra, Rzeszów, Ksawerów.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Design and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing D365 F&O architecture across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other modules.
- Lead solution design for new implementations, integrations, and enhancements.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements, technical solutions, and long-term D365 ERP strategy.
- Define the vision, scope, and objectives of the global process and communicate them to the relevant stakeholders.
- Process governance framework, roles, and responsibilities, and ensure that they are followed and enforced.
- Collaborate with the other Global Process Owners, regional process owners process experts, and ensure the alignment and coordination of the processes across the MS D365 platform.
- Serve as the primary liaison with external AMS providers, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards.
- Coordinate incident resolution, change requests, and enhancement delivery across internal and external teams.
- Monitor AMS performance and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Lead D365 support operations, including incident management, service requests, and user support.
- Establish and maintain support processes, documentation, and escalation protocols.
- Oversee the process implementation and change management activities, and ensure that the process is integrated, tested, and deployed successfully.
- Ensure system stability, performance, and availability across all business units.
- Support manufacturing-specific modules such as production planning, inventory control, and shop floor management.
- Collaborate with plant operations teams to optimize system usage and data accuracy.
- Oversee integrations with Agile and other manufacturing systems.
- Enforce change control processes and maintain solution documentation.
- Support Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and Risk Control Matrix (RCM) alignment in coordination with IT Security and Internal Audit.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across jurisdictions (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
- Collaborate with business process owners, developers, and external partners to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to support teams and junior architects.
- Lead cross-functional workshops and design reviews.
We require:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in D365 architecture and support leadership.
- Proven experience managing external AMS providers and global ERP environments.
- Strong understanding of D365 F&O modules, Power Platform, and Azure services.
- Experience with manufacturing systems and processes.
- Familiarity with ITIL, DevOps, and ERP governance frameworks.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- ITIL Foundation or Practitioner
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
