Your responsibilities will be:
- As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide first-line (IT Help Desk) and second-line (Desktop Support) services to end users. Your role will be to ensure efficient resolution of IT incidents and requests, in line with internal procedures and service standards. You will support corporate employees, contractors, and business partners across the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region, working closely with local, regional, and global IT teams.
- Provide first-line IT support (Help Desk) for corporate users, contractors, and business partners across the EMEA region
- Deliver second-line Desktop Support, including:
- Installation and maintenance of operating systems and applications,
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues,
- Physical installation and configuration of IT equipment.
- Support new employee onboarding, including equipment preparation, delivery, and basic user training.
- Manage IT assets, including inventory, handover documentation, audits, and equipment lifecycle.
- Administer IT systems such as Active Directory / Entra ID and Microsoft Intune.
- Configure and support Microsoft Teams VoIP services.
- Provide on-site IT support for regional and global IT projects.
- Support local office IT operations and cooperate with external service providers.
- Administer software licenses.
- Support IT system validation and qualification (GxP) activities, including documentation.
- Cooperate closely with Bausch Health Global and Regional IT teams.
- Perform daily incident and activity reporting in ServiceNow.
We require:
- Education in IT or a related field.
- Experience in IT Help Desk and Desktop Support roles.
- Good knowledge of:
- Windows operating systems,
- Microsoft 365,
- Active Directory / Entra ID,
- Microsoft Intune.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow).
- Basic understanding of networking and IT security.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in an international, multicultural environment.
- Good command of English, sufficient for daily communication with users and IT teams across the EMEA region.
