Currently we are looking for a person for the position of: 

 

Warehouse Administrator

Location: Rzeszów

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Inspecting deliveries and conducting detailed quantitative and qualitative acceptance checks of materials and products in accordance with applicable instructions and procedures.
  • Documenting material handling processes in accordance with applicable procedures and instructions
  • Monitoring hygiene-related activities in the Receiving Area in accordance with current procedures and cleaning schedules.
  • Timely completion of tasks on the PUESC platform (SENT Goods Transport Registration and Monitoring System) and staying up to date on all changes in this area.
  • Monitoring of health and safety conditions in accordance with corporate requirements.
  • Preparing required statistical reports, information, correspondence, and reports related to the Logistics Department.
  • Developing and updating QMS procedures and instructions for the Logistics Department.
  • Participating in audits and inspections in the Receiving Area.

 

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Higher education
  • Computer skills (knowledge of the SAP ERP system is a plus)
  • Experience in a similar position
  • English proficiency at the B1/B2 level or higher.
