Reporting to the Sales Training Manager this person will be accountable for the development and implementation of training strategies, plans, programs and processes to support Solta business goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with marketing, sales, and operations to identify training needs and recommend solutions. Specific to sales tactics to drive marketing initiatives and elevate sales.
• Showpad, LMS management, creation of education modules, updated materials, and security functions surrounding the platform along with training salesforce on the platform.
• Onboarding of new hires, including co-travel with new and current sales personnel to assess their level of product knowledge and skills related to the position. Priority field travel- new hires, then per RSM need.
• Assist in creating a measurement strategy and sustainability process before and after programs/initiatives related to KOL Dinner Programs and National Accounts.
• Identify, design, create and facilitate effective continued learning for the field sales training program to give them advanced personal and professional development.
• Responsible for developing and utilizing the field based trainers in on-boarding new hires and in new hire training programs. Assign mentors and have 1:1 calls to check in with all parties on progression.
• Maintain updated and current training materials including self-study guides, classroom materials, and assessments. Include gamification and verbalization
• Lead, develop, execute new material. Support compliance getting all training materials approved through Veeva Vault (PRC).
• Continuously seek and support new approaches, practices and processes to improve the efficiency of training services offered. Evaluate each quarter to align with QBR initiatives.
• Become product expert on assigned promoted and competitive products.
• Plan, strategize, and create custom training plans for the National Accounts team to support product training on a large scale with contracted groups. Follow up on plans and help support clinical in execution.
• Partner with the Inside Sales team for continued education. Develop content to support their growth and development as well as strategies to combat the obstacles in that specific arena.
Job Requirements
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 3 years of aesthetic sales experience, at least 2 years with Bausch Health Care in sales
• Previous Sales Training experience, corporate and/or field-based is preferred.
• A willingness to approach projects/initiatives with a sense of urgency.
• Strong verbal, listening, written communications and facilitation skills required.
• Ability to be proactive, self-motivated, and self-directed.
• Ability to serve as a role model/mentor/coach to new and tenured representatives.
• Up to 50% travel in the field
• Demonstration of sustained, high performance in current position.

The range of starting base pay for this role is $90K-$130K. Actual starting pay will be based on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, qualifications, education and location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for participation in either (i) our annual bonus program or (ii) a sales incentive plan.
