Key Responsibilities
1. Clinical Training System Design & Execution (60%)
- Build the education roadmap from the ground up, covering product knowledge, treatment protocols, patient consultation, and safety compliance.
- Develop tiered training curricula for different audiences: internal sales/service teams, new hires, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and customer clinic staff.
- Create and maintain training materials, manuals, e-learning modules, and certification programs.
- Establish trainer certification standards and a train-the-trainer (TTT) model to scale education capacity.
- Define KPIs to measure training effectiveness (e.g., competency pass rates, time-to-proficiency, customer satisfaction).
2. Corporate & Regional Event Management (30%)
- Plan and execute company-level events including national sales meetings, product launches, academic congresses, and KOL summits.
- Manage regional customer engagement events (workshops, seminars, hands-on training sessions) in coordination with field teams.
- Oversee end-to-end event logistics: venue selection, agenda design, speaker coordination, budgeting, and post-event ROI analysis.
- Ensure all events align with brand guidelines and compliance regulations.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration & Thought Leadership (10%)
- Partner with Marketing to align clinical messaging with brand strategy and campaign needs.
- Work with Regulatory and Medical Affairs to ensure all training and educational content is compliant with local regulations and industry codes.
- Engage with KOLs and key accounts to co-develop educational content and secure their participation in training programs.
- Represent Solta China in industry forums and professional societies to enhance the company's clinical credibility.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 8+ years of experience in clinical education, medical training, or professional education within the medical device, pharmaceutical, aesthetics or FMCG/Retail
- Proven experience in building training systems or curricula from scratch.
- Solid track record in planning and executing large-scale corporate events and regional customer meetings.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within China (up to 40%).
