Position Summary

This is an execution-focused role supporting Digital Marketing activities in a fast-paced environment.

The role is responsible for data analysis, reporting, and coordination across internal teams and external vendors, supporting marketing and commercial operations. It works under the guidance of the Digital Marketing Manager and focuses on day-to-day execution and operational support.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Support analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer/channel performance data
• Prepare and maintain regular reports for internal stakeholders
• Organize and consolidate data to support consistent reporting
• Support multiple projects and manage priorities in a structured manner
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
• Support performance tracking and operational aspects of digital and marketing activities
• Assist in data analysis to support marketing and sales operations
• Support execution of digital marketing campaigns (e.g., SA, DA, SNS) and assist in performance monitoring and optimization
• Assist in preparing data-driven insights using tools such as Google Analytics and media performance metrics
• Support planning and execution of brand and digital campaigns

 

Required Qualifications

  • At least 6 years of hands-on digital marketing experience within a broader marketing career
  • Experience in campaign execution, reporting, or data handling
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and structured way of working
  • Good communication skills in both Korean and English

  • Experience working across different industries or business environments
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional or regional teams
