Position Title: Assistant Product Manager (HCP Marketing)

Position Summary:
Contribute to market growth by executing HCP engagement and marketing activities, including CME programs, KOL engagement, and clinical training, across Solta Medical’s product portfolio in Korea.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute HCP engagement programs (CME, congress, KOL activities) from planning through execution
- Support and contribute to marketing initiatives and drive market adoption
- Translate clinical data into marketing and training activities
- Develop clinical and treatment training programs aligned with marketing objectives
- Partner with sales team to support execution at key accounts and deliver clinical training
- Provide clinical information to support product demonstrations, without involvement in medical procedures or direct patient interaction

 

Requirements

- This position is based in Seoul, Korea and requires on-site work.
- Candidates must have and maintain the legal right to work in Korea without visa sponsorship.
- Fluency in Korean is required.

- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industry
- Experience in marketing or product-related roles
- Proven experience planning and executing HCP engagement programs
- Experience applying clinical data to marketing or training initiatives
- Experience working in a global or matrixed environment
- Business-level English proficiency (both written and verbal)
- Strong presentation and communication skills (e.g., PowerPoint) with attention to detail in documentation
- Exposure to clinical studies or medical education programs
