Position Summary
This role is responsible for planning and executing HCP marketing activities, including conferences, symposiums, annual events
, etc. The position requires strong organizational and administrative/documentation skills, is highly detail-oriented, and requires proven experience in event management within a structured team environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute HCP marketing activities, including conferences, symposiums, annual events, and VIP events
  • Manage event operations: venue booking, vendor coordination, scheduling, and event logistics
  • Handle event budgeting and expense processing, including invoices and tax documentation
  • Prepare, review, and localize marketing materials (PPT presentations, brochures) with high accuracy
  • Draft detailed post-event reports and internal documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project delivery

 

Qualifications (Required)

  • 4–7 years of experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or beauty industry (clinical background not mandatory)
  • Proven experience in event management and expense processing
  • Strong administrative and documentation skills; highly detail-oriented
  • Experience working in a structured team environment with multiple members
  • Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking; capable of translating PPTs, drafting emails, and participating in overseas business trips)
  •  

Preferred

  • Academic or professional background in healthcare, aesthetics, or related fields
  • Experience managing VIP or large-scale events
