Field Service Engineer – Solta Korea
About the Role
The Field Service Engineer provides first-line technical support, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for Solta’s product portfolio in Korea. The role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, supporting field operations, and collaborating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installations, upgrades, and preventive maintenance of Solta products
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers via phone, email, and on-site visits
- Conduct pre- and post-installation tests and resolve technical issues
- Train users on proper product use and maintenance
- Maintain strong customer relationships and handle service information confidentially
- Document all service actions, complete reports, and maintain records in internal systems
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and account management teams to support customer needs
- Keep updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electronic/electrical engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance or technical support (medical device or aesthetic device experience preferred)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
Preferred
- Experience with medical devices or aesthetic devices
- Ability to manage multiple field support cases efficiently
Location & Travel
- Solta Korea office, Seoul
- Frequent on-site visits within Korea
