Roles & Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Identify and develop new accounts
- Expand product usage through cross-sell and upgrade strategies
- Provide accurate sales forecasts

2. Account Development
- Qualify leads and schedule customer meetings
- Conduct product presentations and clinical demonstrations
- Build strong customer relationships and close sales
- Provide training on installation day

3. Market & Product Insight
- Monitor industry and competitor activities
- Maintain up-to-date product and market knowledge

4. Internal Collaboration & Reporting
- Communicate effectively with internal teams (sales, marketing, clinical)
- Complete administrative tasks such as lead updates and expense reporting

5. Compliance & Professionalism
- Adhere to quality, regulatory, and ethical standards
- Represent the company with integrity and professionalism
