Job Summary
A strategic role responsible for managing the full lifecycle of EBD products, leading new product launches, and driving market adoption. Work closely with cross-functional team and acts as a bridge between clinical insights, customer needs, and commercial execution. Empowers sales teams with tools and strategies to accelerate growth.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Existing Product Lifecycle Management & Training Enablement
- Manage full lifecycle planning for current product portfolio, including optimization initiatives, pricing strategies and volume growth plans;
- Develop standardized training frameworks and deliver professional materials such as selling points, operation guides and clinical messaging to empower sales teams and clinics.
- New Product Launch & Go-to-Market Execution
- Lead market research, business model assessment, regulatory coordination and access preparation for new products;
- Design and execute launch plans including academic promotion, clinical evaluation, KOL engagement and online/offline marketing activities.
- Key Customer Relationship Management & Professional Support
- Maintain strategic partnerships with KOLs, flagship clinics and key channel partners, organizing workshops or clinical sharing sessions when needed;
- Participate in major customer meetings to provide professional presentations and clinical endorsements.
- Market Intelligence & Insight-Driven Product Strategy
- Gather competitive intelligence, channel dynamics and behavioral insights from clinics and consumers;
- Develop annual product strategies and portfolio promotion plans to align sales and marketing execution.
- Sales Enablement & Business Support
- Create sales toolkits including pitch decks, FAQs, ROI models and clinical case libraries;
- Support commercial discussions and regional expansion through promotional programs and sales initiatives.
Education& Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Marketing, Medicine, or Business-related fields
Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, Marketing
- Experience with energy-based aesthetic devices such as laser, RF or ultrasound is preferred
- Proven track record in independently launching new products or managing a complete product line is a strong plus
- Candidates with established KOL or key clinic relationships will be highly regarded.
