As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s talent acquisition strategy to support organizational objectives. You will lead the recruitment team, manage the hiring process, and ensure effective attraction, screening, and hiring of suitable talent. You will work closely with various departments to understand their talent needs and enhance the company’s brand in the talent market.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to meet the company’s staffing needs.
  • Lead the recruitment team to ensure an efficient hiring process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and hiring decisions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors’ talent acquisition strategies to provide effective recommendations and improvements.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to gain in-depth understanding of their talent requirements, ensuring recruitment strategies align with business goals.
  • Monitor recruitment performance metrics
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources to broaden the talent pool.
  • Enhance the company’s employer brand in the talent market by participating in the development and implementation of the Employee Value Proposition.
  • Train and mentor recruitment team members to improve overall recruitment capabilities and professional standards.
  • Young talent cultivation and campus recruitment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of recruitment or human resources experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful recruitment strategies, familiar with industry best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, capable of building strong working relationships at all levels.
  • Strong data analysis skills, able to make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and software (e.g., ATS systems) and social media recruitment channels.
  • Team management capabilities, able to motivate the team to achieve goals.
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
