Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SFE strategies to optimize sales force performance and market coverage in the medical aesthetics sector.
- Design and manage sales territory alignment, ensuring balanced workload and maximum market potential.
- Create and administer sales incentive compensation plans to motivate and reward high performance.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and KPIs (e.g., sales growth, coverage, frequency) to provide actionable insights to sales leadership.
- Oversee CRM (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce) utilization, ensuring data integrity and facilitating effective reporting and dashboards.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Training, and HR to support sales onboarding, product training, and capability development.
- Conduct regular reviews of sales processes and tools, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
- Support the launch of new medical aesthetics products by ensuring sales readiness and effective resource allocation.
- Ensure all SFE activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Education& Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Experience
- Approximately 7 years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness, Sales Operations, or Commercial Analytics.
- Proven experience medical device industry is highly preferred.
- Strong background in data analysis, CRM management, and sales performance metrics.
- Experience in designing territory plans, incentive compensation structures, and sales forecasting models.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the healthcare or medical aesthetics field.
